ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি এবং সময়

আমরা ডেলিভারির জন্য ৩য় পক্ষ, কুরিয়ার পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করি তাই আমাদের ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি এবং সময় এই পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীর উপর নির্ভর করবে এবং সেই অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটন সিটির ভিতরে ডেলিভারি সময় ৩-৫ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৫-৭ দিন লাগতে পারে। ছুটির দিন, লকডাউন, কারফিউ, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, সরকারী ছুটি ইত্যাদি জরুরি অবস্থার ক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ ডেলিভারি সময় ১০ দিন পর্যন্ত হতে পারে। 

পণ্য প্রাপ্তির ৭দিনের মধ্যে যথাযথ কারণ দেখিয়ে পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে। পণ্যটি যদি ফেরত যোগ্য হয় তাহলে অবশ্যই পণ্যটি অক্ষত থাকতে হবে অর্থাৎ আপনি যে অবস্থায় পণ্যটি পেয়েছেন, অব্যবহৃত, ট্যাগ সহ (যদি থাকে) এবং এর আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে। সেইসাথে পণ্যটি ক্রয়ের রসিদ বা প্রমাণও দেখাতে হবে। ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করতে আপনি আমাদের সাথে ওয়েইসাইটে চ্যাট http://m.me/showstopperbd.com অথবা ইমেইল hello@myaura.xyz এর মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। আপনার রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট গ্রহণ করা হলে আমরা আপনাকে একটি রিটার্ন শিপিং লেবেল পাঠাবো, সেইসাথে কীভাবে এবং কোথায় আপনার প্যাকেজ পাঠাতে হবে তার নির্দেশাবলি প্রদান করবো। রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট না করে আমাদের কাছে পণ্য পাঠানো হলে তা গ্রহণযোগ্য হবেনা।

 

Delivery Timeline

The delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe/line, followed by Showstopperbd.com, which is 2-5 days inside Dhaka and 10-15 days outside Dhaka. The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation, and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events, including, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), etc.

Delivery Charge(s)

The delivery charge may be varied as per the order(s) or weight of the orders with the following conditions unless otherwise there is any specific campaign-wise instruction for free delivery.

Please note that, provision of the home delivery is/are subject to carrier and sellers’ delivery policy.

If any delivery fails due to customer negligence or any other reason from the customer end then the customer is bound to pay the redelivery charge(s).
